M&M Locomotive works was started out of a need to have one place to find out information, pass along information, and to get what is needed to build and maintain a narrow gauge live steam locomotive. I have been in the hobby for approximately 10 years now and have travelled across the country visiting many tracks. I have been a past member at Kitsap Live Steamers in Washington, Chula Vista Live steamers in San Diego, and am a member of Train Mountain. To the right is the motive power that I currently own (well the wife owns, I just maintain) it is a SW-1500 from Rail systems. I have done a little cosmetics to it but have not changed much on it.

I am really interested in knowing what you like and what you dislike about this website. I am also interested in what information or products you would like to see.
